• Automated Mesonet Station (AMS) Calibration Information
  by National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR)
  Printouts of detailed AMS instrument calibration and comparison data obtained by NCAR during FIFE. This includes routine field comparisons of rain gages, psychrometers, and barometers to standard instruments and the final (post-FIFE) check of the radiation measurement instruments.

  from the proceedings of the 1992 Space and Earth Science Data Workshop, NASA Conference Publication 3183.
  A detailed description of the evolution and testing of the compression algorithm developed and used for FIFE digital images acquired from satellites and aircraft.
